If we’re not available to answer your call in person, an answering machine is set up for messages, so please leave a message and we’ll call you back. After payment is received, orders are shipped primarily by Federal Express. All shipping charges include insurance and delivery confirmation. BECAUSE OF ISSUES WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS ON DAMAGED PACKAGES NOT BEING PAID USPS MAYBE USED ONLY FOR PACKAGES VALUED UNDER $100 AT OUR DESCRETION.
The following are acceptable forms of payment: Paypal, credit card, money order, certified check, and cashier’s check. Personal checks are accepted, but the order may be delayed up to 10 days until the check clears. The buyer pays shipping charges and any taxes that may apply. Six percent tax is charged for sales in Pennsylvania.
We will warranty defective, new parts only. Electrical parts are non-returnable once installed. No warranty is available on any parts that have been modified. Installation labor or shipping charges are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on the returned parts. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery confirmation. Any returns must be in the original package and be presentable for resale. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items
We will notify you of any backorders within two business days. Upholstery has been running around 15 weeks after ordered.
