Shipping
After payment is received, orders are shipped by UPS or Federal Express. Smaller
orders may be shipped Parcel Post. All shipping charges include
insurance and delivery confirmation.
Warranty/Returns
We will warranty defective, new parts only. Electrical parts are
non-returnable once installed. No warranty is available on any parts
that have been modified. Installation labor or shipping charges are
not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on the
returned parts. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery
confirmation. Any returns must be in the original package and be
presentable for resale. We reserve the right to charge a 15%
restocking fee on certain items. KP Automotive Inc.’s liability is
limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.
Payment
The following are acceptable forms of payment: money order, certified
check, cashier’s check or Paypal. Personal checks are accepted, but the
order may be delayed up to 10 days until the check clears. The buyer pays
shipping charges and any taxes that may apply. Six percent tax is
charged for sales in Pennsylvania.

If we’re not available to answer your call in person, an answering machine is set up for messages, so please leave a message and we’ll call you back. We are a mail order business, but you may pick up your items if an appointment is made in advance.

Back-Ordered Items
We will notify you of any back-orders within two business days. Most
back-orders will arrive within 3 weeks. Upholstery has been taking 15 to 20 weeks from when order was submitted.
